CEO & Founder
Grant started Badlands in 2022 while working full-time as a firefighter, after contractors around Williston kept telling him reliable gutter installation was hard to find. He studied the trade, bought his first gutter machine, trailer, and tools outright, and called friends for the first jobs.
He still runs the company on firehouse values: put people first, own mistakes, and make them right. Off the clock he is with his family.
Sales, Williston
Jake has been with Badlands since the very beginning and handles sales out of Williston. He is the problem solver on the team, always looking for a better way to run a job or a process.
Outside of work he serves his community as a firefighter and EMT, takes care of his wife and kids, and heads out to the Badlands to hunt.
Sales, Coeur d'Alene
Garron runs sales for our Coeur d'Alene branch, bringing years of sales experience and a steady stream of ideas for a better customer experience.
Off the clock you will find him wakesurfing, skiing, or on a pickleball court, where he is tough to beat.
Admin & Customer Service
If you have called us, you have probably talked to Sylvia. She answers the phones, runs the office, and built out our inventory systems so nothing falls through the cracks.
Away from work she spends her time with friends and family.
Minnesota Branch Manager
Zack leads our Minnesota branch out of Cokato. Before Badlands he ran a high-end cabinet shop, and he brings that same precision to every install: done right, not just done.
Outside of work he hunts, plays hockey, and spends time with family.
Gutter Specialist
Ethan has been here since day one. In the early days he pulled the gutter trailer with his own truck, and he is still the go-to installer for tricky custom jobs.
When he is not on a roof he is dirt biking, snowmobiling, or wrenching on vehicles.
Gutter Specialist
Jack came to gutters from roofing, and it shows in the precision of his installs. He moved from Arizona to join the crew because he believed in what we are building.
Off the job he is in the gym, skiing in the winter, or with friends and family.

Derek brings years of remodeling experience to the crew and shows up ready to work in any weather, usually keeping everyone laughing while he does it.
At home he is caring for his wife and kids and getting outdoors.

Curtis wrestled competitively, and the discipline carries over: on time, works hard, and someone the crew and our customers can count on.
Off the clock he is fishing, hunting, riding dirt bikes and quads, or in the gym.

Dustin grew up working construction alongside his dad, and he works full-time on the crew while finishing high school. Hungry to learn and dependable from day one.
Outside of work he snowboards, hikes, and stays busy with family and friends.
Gutter Specialist
Wilson, better known as Willy, works full-time on the crew while finishing high school through an online program. He takes pride in doing things right the first time.
Away from the job he hunts, works on projects, and stays outdoors.
