Cleaning is routine maintenance for a system that still works. Clog removal is for a system that has stopped: water overflowing, a downspout running dry, standing water in the trough. It is targeted at the blockage and always ends with a full flush to prove flow is restored.
02 Can you clear underground downspout extensions?
Yes. Buried extensions are one of the most common blockage points and the hardest to diagnose from the ground, since the downspout looks fine while water backs up from below. We flush them through and verify discharge at the far end.
03 How long does clog removal take?
