Spokane Valley is its own city, its own housing stock, and its own set of gutter problems, and lumping it in with Spokane proper misses all three. 01 How long a gutter run can you do in one piece?
As long as your eave. The machine forms gutter continuously from coil stock in your driveway, so a full-length rambler run goes up as a single piece. On the Valley's long single-story homes that typically eliminates every mid-run joint, which is where old sectional systems leak first.
02 My rambler has only two downspouts on a huge roof. Is that a problem?
Usually, yes. Long runs with too few outlets overflow mid-run in a hard summer thunderstorm even when the gutter is clean. Adding properly placed 3x4 downspouts is one of the cheapest meaningful upgrades a Valley home can get.
