Rathdrum sits out on the open prairie at the foot of Rathdrum Mountain, and the town is growing fast enough that half our work here is in subdivisions that did not exist ten years ago. 01 Our subdivision home in Rathdrum came with gutters. Why replace them?
If they are working, do not. But builder-grade sectional gutter on wide fastener spacing is common in the newer developments, and prairie wind exposes it fast: leaks at every joint, sagging between screws, overflow at the corners. When those symptoms show up, a seamless replacement is the fix that does not repeat.
02 Does the wind out here really affect gutters?
