What you'll do

• Install seamless gutters and downspouts on residential and light commercial projects
• Measure, cut, and assemble gutter systems with accuracy
• Operate and maintain seamless gutter machines and related tools
• Install hangers, outlets, miters, end caps, splash guards, and extensions
• Set up ladders safely and work confidently at heights
• Seal, fasten, and align gutters for clean appearance and proper drainage
• Communicate professionally with customers on site
• Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized
• Load and unload materials and keep trucks stocked and tidy
• Follow company install standards, safety rules, and SOPs
• Work efficiently as part of a crew to hit daily production goals

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in heat and cold
• Comfortable working on ladders and roofs
• Strong work ethic, dependable, and coachable
• Basic tool knowledge: drills, saws, snips, levels
• Professional attitude with customers and teammates

Nice to have

• 1+ year in gutters, roofing, siding, fascia and soffit, or construction
• Experience running a seamless gutter machine
• Reads a tape measure accurately
• Trailer towing experience
• Leadership potential for the Lead Installer track
